• iXware Scanning gives you the complete freedom to support your business processes; to make (paper) documents part of your digital workflow. Use your Xerox MFP to scan documents to the right location on your network or business application as text searchable PDF files with metadata. Once stored these documents are fast and easy to retrieve.
•  iXware Fax makes faxing as easy as sending and receiving e-mail. The fax printer driver allows for faxing directly from any desktop application (with printer option).The Xerox integration allows for intuitive walk-up faxing from the MFP. Make faxing easy, efficient and auditable with iXware! iXware Scanning’s OCR functionality adds additional value to the iXware Fax module by letting you store fax messages as text searchable PDF files.
• iXware’s XML module lets you store scanned documents in business applications such as Document Management, CRM or ERP, but it also lets you generate fax messages from these applications. Use iXware to convert existing digital files on your network or in business applications to text searchable PDF documents.
• Redundancy / Load Balancing/ Multi tenant structure – Deploy iXware’s redundancy and load balancing options for mission critical environments. Different operating companies or divisions can use a single iXware server, in single or redundant configurations. Each user group can be assigned its own ‘site’ within iXware.
• Central mailbox - A clear overview of all your inbound and outbound messages (fax, SMS and/or voicemail) in your e-mail client.
• Routing incoming messages - All incoming messages are routed by the iXware server to the personal inbox, ensuring privacy.
